Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and snack. Today's snack consisted of blueberry yogurt served with whole milk. It was determined that this was an appropriate serving utilizing a component each from the diary and meat areas of the USDA guide.

The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 3:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at John Tolbert Jr. Elementary school located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 31 children with 2 staff; good ratio for this one mixed school-age group. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: drop off, bathroom break, hand washing, art, games, homework time, snack, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
