An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 25 2019 between 8:45am and 10:30am. There were 95 children observed in the direct care of 14 staff members. Children were observed in 6 classrooms working on the letters 'J' and , having circle time, working on the schedule for the day, and discussing weekly classroom jobs. Staff were observed to be consistently engaged with the children. Areas of non-compliance are listed on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-160-C Description: Based on record review, 2 of 7 staff records did not contain documentation of resubmitted Tuberculosis test or screening results every two years from the date of the first screening or testing. Evidence: Staff #3 record documentation of the last tuberculosis screening or test is dated July 27 2016. Staff #6 record documentation of the last tuberculosis screening or test is date August 6 2016. Plan of Correction: We will have the documentation by the end of the week.
