A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Friday, March 22, 2019 from approximately 3:30 pm until 5:00 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The licensing inspector observed 66 children being supervised by 4 staff including the site supervisor. During the inspection, the children were observed by the licensing inspector completing a variety of activities to include participating in artwork activity, interacting with peers, transitioning indoors from outdoor play, engaged in active play, preparing for snack, completing bathroom breaks, and eating snack in the cafeteria. The children's snack consisted of , carrots, oranges, and milk. During this inspection, the licensing inspector also completed observations of the during parent pick up. The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, menu, fire and shelter-in-place drills, and children's allergies. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were five children?s records and four of the staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection. : A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
