Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on observation, the facility failed to have all areas and equipment in a safe condition. Evidence: two outlet plate covers in the Little Lambs room are broken, creating a sharp edge. Several plastic bins that store toys have cracks, creating a pinching hazard. The blue stuffed pillow is torn on one side and the stuffing is falling out. Plan of Correction: Center director covered the broken outlet plate covers during today's inspection. The other materials will be removed and replaced.
