The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 3:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at Cool Spring Elementary school located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 27 children with 2 staff; good ratio for this one group of mixed school-aged children. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files will be reviewed on a later date through the PRCS main office. A Supervisor substitute was on site today for the regularly scheduled Supervisor. The children were engaged in the following: drop-in, bathroom beak, hand washing, snack time, free play, games, art, home work time, quiet time, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
