A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 03/26/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 5pm-6:44pm. There were 70 children directly supervised by 13 staff. A sample of 7 children?s records and 13 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during homework time, playing outside, being dismissed and engaged with staff. Two new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations found during this inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the director. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on record review, all staff who work directly with children have not completed the Virginia Preservice Training. Evidence: Staff A and B did not have a complete Virginia Preservice training certificate.

Plan of Correction: Management will ensure that all required paperwork is on site.
