An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from. to 1:40 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. At the time of entrance the following adult to child ratios were observed: 5 children, ages 3 to 5 years old, with 2 staff The records sample size consisted of 5 children?s records. Staff records are housed off site and were recently reviewed at a separate inspection. Children were observed resting quietly at nap period, waking and eating an afternoon snack consisting of carrots with ranch dressing and milk. Hand washing, restroom procedures and table cleaning / sanitizing were also observed. Medication administration was not observed. The center had 3 medications stored on site which were reviewed with regard to storage, labeling, written authorization and required documentation. Staff report no accidents or injuries requiring first aid or medical attention since the last inspection. Thank you for your time during today's inspection.
