Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during the unannounced renewal inspections conducted on March 26, 2019 from 2:27 PM to 4:10 PM at the central office and on March 27, 2019 from 9:50 AM to 2:35 PM at the school. On March 27, 2019, there were forty children, ages three through five years, with six to seven staff. I viewed staffing, supervision, interactions with children, activities, daily routines, equipment, posted information, insurance, agency inspection reports, injury records, emergency supplies and drill records, medication, nutrition, behavior management, five records for children, five staff records, staff qualifications, staff training, indoor and outdoor areas. The children have enjoyed activities related to the theme "Reduce, recyle, reuse". A variety of learning experiences have been available at classroom centers and during group times. Regular active play has been provided outside. Staff were observed providing close supervision of the children in their group. Issuance of a regular two year license will be recommended upon receipt of the required business entity representative information. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9259
