Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, April 4, 2019. The on-site inspection was conducted from 1:40 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. On this date, there were 31 children in one group and in the care of four staff members. The total enrollment for the program was 86 children. One staff member's record was reviewed at Kid Central Administration Office, and five children's records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for six children. Four staff members and five children were interviewed. Snack consisted of Bug Bite crackers and juice. Some items observed and reviewed during the inspection included required posted information, current health and fire inspections, first-aid supplies, emergency supplies, documentation of evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills, updated emergency preparedness plan, transitions, handwashing and bathroom procedures, snack, outdoor play, yoga class, table activities, and dismissal procedures.
