Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation, it was determined that not all hazardous substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: There were two bottles of sanitizing solution left on the counter next to the changing stations in the infant/younger toddler classrooms.

Plan of Correction: Will lock up all sanitizing solution.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-330-B
Description: Based on an inspection of the playground, it was determined that the mulch under and around play equipment was not resilient. Evidence: The depth of the wood chips was measured in three spots around the composite play structure on the preschool playground. All three spots measured about one to two inches in depth.

Plan of Correction: Adequate resilient surfacing will be in place by April 12, 2019
