Standard #: 22VAC40-185-350-C
Complaint related: No
Description: Based on information received and discussions with administrative staff the facility failed to maintain compliance with this standard related to ratios as required. Evidence: On 4-2-19 there were 16 children, preschool-school aged, in care with only 1 staff. The required ratio for that grouping of children was 1 staff to 10 children.
