Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. There were 20 children, ranging in age from five years to 11 years of age, present with two staff supervising. The children were observed playing a large group game of silent speed ball, washing their hands and eating snack. Snack served today was yogurt, granola crunch mix and water. Four children's files and two staff files were reviewed and in compliance. The last emergency escape drill was conducted 3/13/19, the last shelter-in-place drill was conducted 11/5/18 and the last lockdown drill was conducted 1/15/19. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, battery operated flashlight and radio were all observed and in compliance.
