Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on April 4, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. through 5:15 p.m. There were thirty-four children in the care of four staff. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Areas observed were: outside play, hand washing/bathroom procedures, snack, homework and inside play. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
