Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 04/15/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, during spring break. There are 10 staff with 58 children present today. 10 staff records were reviewed for specific items only, as the full record is reviewed at another time at the main office. 6 children's records were reviewed. All were in compliance. Emergency supplies, first aid supplies, emergency evacuation drills,Shelter-in-place drills and medications are all in compliance. Children were observed playing a variety of games in the rooms, playing in the gym,a washing hands and eating lunch in the cafeteria. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
