A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 04/16/209 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 65 children were directly supervised by 9 staff members. Today?s inspection was conducted between approximately 8:50am and 11:05am. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, allergy action plans, emergency drills, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
