Comments:
An unannounced health and safety inspection took place this afternoon. There were 53 children present today at the beginning of the inspection. Ratios were maintained. I observed children involved with activities and routines. This inspection, along with the previous licensing standard inspection, meets the requirements for the SSHI inspection. Description: Based on a review of records today, there was one staff without current first aid/CPR training. Evidence: Staff # 1 had a certificate that expired this month.

Plan of Correction: She will be scheduled to take the course.
