Standard #: 22VAC40-185-320-B Description: Based on observation, measurement of the water temperature at the sink in classroom 2 and discussion with staff #1 on April 25, 2019, the program failed to ensure the temperature of the running warm water did not exceed 120 degrees F. Evidence: 1. Measurement of the water temperature in classroom 2, on this date, determined that the temperature was 129 degrees F, as measured. 2. Staff confirmed the water temperature exceeded 120 degrees F. Plan of Correction: A mixer will be installed today to ensure the water temperature remains at or below 120 degrees F.
