Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on January 25, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety regulations. There were 50 children present in 4 groups. The ages of the children ranged from infancy to preschool. The children were observed in each classroom. A sample of 7 children's records was reviewed. Prescribed medications were observed in the center. The lunch meal, nap time, free play and dismissal was observed. Partial staff records were reviewed, complete records were reviewed at the administration office. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety regulations were found. The on-site inspection was conducted from approximately 11:00am to 4:00pm. Please call 540-309-2310 if you have any questions.
