A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and one staff. There were 23 children in care with an age range of five years to ten years old. This center has children enrolled from three elementary schools. Children were observed during homework time and snack. Two staff and five children's records were reviewed. All required paper work was posted. Two medications were also reviewed. Insepction time 4:00pm- 5:00pm.
