A SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and staff. 15 children were in care and the age range was five years to eleven years old. Children were observed during free time and breakfast. The inspection time was 7:20am- 8:50am. Two staff and eight children's records were reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-530-4 Description: Based on review of two staff records not all staff had first aid and CPR. Evidence: Staff A with a hire date of 10/12/2018 stated they have not taken first aid or CPR. Plan of Correction: Staff will attend first aid and CPR.
