An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center staff on April 25, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 69 children present, ranging in age from 2 years to 12 years, with ten staff actively supervising. The children were waking from rest, arriving from school on center vans, playing outside, and playing with age appropriate toys. Snack/dinner served today: turkey and cheese sandwiches, mashed potatoes, and milk. Six children's files and one new staff file were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. Nine emergency medications for seven children were reviewed. Four staff are current in Medication Administration Training. The last fire inspection was conducted 6/21/2018.
