An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:15-8:15 am. There were seven children, ranging from five years to 11 years of age, present with two staff supervising. The children were observed eating morning snack, playing cards and other games, and participating in a group game in the gym. Morning snack served today was cereal and milk. Four children's records and two staff records were observed and in compliance. Three medications and authorization forms were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was observed and in compliance. Two staff are Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified.
