Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-F-4
Description: Based on observations and interview, a menu listing foods to be served for snacks during the current one-week period was not posted or provided to parents. Evidence: Children were observed having various snacks in several of the classrooms. A menu listing snacks provided was not observed posted in the center. The administrator, when asked, stated that parents are not provided a menu of snack items.

Plan of Correction: I will have the snack menu posted and available for parents to see.
