A complaint investigation was conducted on March 12, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with law enforcement and the local agency regarding forbidden action- rough handling and injury reports. Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. Based upon the information collected during the investigation, the complaint regarding forbidden action and injury reports could not be substantiated.
