Thank you for your cooperation during the complaint investigation while an unannounced inspection was conducted from 9:11 AM to 5:15 PM. After completing observations of the care of the children, and interviews with staff, it was determined that the complaint was not valid regarding greeting children, overseeing departure, and ensuring the care and protection of children.
