An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 23, 2018 and May 2, 2019. Upon arrival to the facility, there were 73 children present with 10 staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities and eating lunch. A sample of 7 children's records and 7 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the facility and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. There were no violations cited. An exit meeting was conducted with the facility director prior to the end of the inspection.
