Current Inspector: Chrystal King (804) 297-4469

Inspection Date: April 25, 2019

Complaint Related: Yes

Areas Reviewed:
22VAC40-185 SPECIAL CARE PROVISIONS AND EMERGENCIES.

Comments:
An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on April 25, 2019 in response to a complaint received in the Valley Licensing Office on April 10, 2019. The concern was regarding the following area of the licensing standards - special care provisions and emergencies (reporting minor injuries to parents and completing injury reports). Interviews were conducted and relevant documents were reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence did not support the allegations regarding failure to report minor injuries to a parent and failure to complete injury reports and the complaint is, therefore, not valid. Please contact the Valley Licensing Office if you have questions concerning this complaint investigation and/or if assistance is needed (540) 332-2330.
