An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00am-11:00am Upon arrival there were 147 children in care with 24 present. A sample of 2 staff and 7 children records were reviewed. Children were observed finishing a Mother's Day Tea, during circle time, being read a story, working on art and language.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-430-I Description: Based on observation the center did not ensure all personal articles were individually assigned. Evidence: In the infant room there was a bottle of lotion that was not labeled. Plan of Correction: The following corrective action was provided by the director: This belonged to a staff member. The director will remind staff to label all personal articles.
