22VAC40-185 STAFFING AND SUPERVISION.

A complaint was received on April 19, 2019 of documented information that the program director and another staff would be absent possibly leaving the center out of ratio. An unannounced complaint inspection was made on 4/19/19 at approximately 12:00 pm until 12:20 pm. All rooms with children in care were observed and ratios were verified. The inspection was completed on 5/9/19 and emailed to the center on that date. Based on observations and interviews, there were no violations issued related to the allegations.
