The steering wheel on the outdoor play structure has come loose somewhat. Suggest the bolt is tightened.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 05/08/2019 from 10:22 am - 1:05pm. At the time of the tour 130 children, ages two years - five years, were in care with 23 staff. Children were observed during morning program time which included outdoor play. Lunch was observed in one classroom. Records reviewed for eight children and fifteen staff/board members. The inspector additionally reviewed medication, emergency supplies and written policies & procedures.
