An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted of the center. Upon arrival there were 107 children with 18 staff present. A sample of 2 staff and 5 children's records were reviewed in addition to 2 medications. The center was getting ready for lunch and nap. There was also a Mother's Day Tea scheduled for the entire school at 3:00pm.
