An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 05/09/2019 from 9:45 A.M.-11:45 A.M. At the time of the inspection, ten children were in the care of two staff members. Five children's records, three staff records, evacuation drills, first aid kit and supplies, health inspection, fire inspections, emergency plan and required posted information were reviewed. Children were observed completing a shape recognition activity, drawing pictures, discussion of art work, handwashing, snack time, free play, transition and behavioral guidance.
