An unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was completed on 05/09/2019 from 1:00 P.M.-2:30 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was for determining compliance to previous violations. There were 22 children attendance with three staff and one administrative assistant, and one administrator present. The records for three staff, four children, three medications and required documentation were reviewed, and classroom observations took place in two classrooms. The children were observed during outdoor play time, and naptime. There were no violations noted.
