Technical Assistance:
Discussion was held on the topics of current enrollment, current staffing, and the change of sponsorship based on the new owners. Discussion also took place on: 1. the need to obtain out-of-state background checks for all applicable employees based on the new sponsorship and the confidentiality of records maintained by the previous owner. 2. The documentation of tummy time within the infant room to include a full 30 minutes each day for those applicable infants. 3. All occupied cribs will need to be a distance of 1 foot apart. Although the ends of the cribs are plexiglass, a mounted divider will need to be installed or cribs separated in order to maintain compliance. 4. Discussion of some fire detectors that are chirping within the center. Maintenance has been contacted in order to open those boxes that are sealed shut. 5.
