An unannounced complaint investigation was begun in response to an allegation being received in our office. Based on a review of available documentation and multiple staff interviews, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. 1 child and 1 staff record were reviewed. An additional violation was discovered during the course of the investigation that was not part of the complaint. See violation notice for non-compliance. A Subsidy Health and safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the same time as he complaint inspection.
