22VAC40-185 PHYSICAL PLANT.

A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/14/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 11:00 a.m and ended at 1:00 . There were 12 children in care with 3 staff present at all times. The children were observed playing dress up, with toys, washing hands before lunch and having lunch as well as during rest time. Four staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
