The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. There were 12 children in care with three staff supervising at all times. Children were observed playing dress up and with other toys, washing hands for lunch, eating lunch, and during rest time. Five children's records were reviewed and four staff records were reviewed. The violation from the last inspection had been corrected. No medications were being administered at this time. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
