Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed care of children during nap time, and nap time procedures with the quality assurance director.

Comments:
An unannounced investigation was conducted 04/23/2019 in response to a self- reported incident regarding care of children. During the investigation, staff were interviewed, staff and children's files were reviewed and class rooms were observed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, no violations were cited related to the self-reported incident.The exit interview was conducted with the quality assurance director.
