A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/15/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 58 children in care of 14 staff members. The children were observed eating lunch,playing outside and signing songs during circle time. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-650-E Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the center did not implement a written policy and procedure describing how the vendor will ensure that the group of children receives care by consistent staff. Evidence: In the Toddler room, Staff # 1 stated that they do not have a plan in place that each teacher is assigned a group of children. A list was not found in the toddler room. Plan of Correction: We will work on the implementing this plan.
