Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 16, 2019 from 11:10 a.m. through 2:50 p.m. There were one-hundred eighty-nine children in the care of forty staff. Twelve staff and twelve student records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for five children. Areas observed were: outside play, lunch, hand washing/diapering and bathroom procedures, circle time, story, educational activities, transition and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
