A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from 2:30pm-3:55pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. 24 children were observed with 4 staff prior to the conclusion of the inspection. A sample of 4 staff records, 10 children's records, 17 injury reports, medications, emergency supplies, drills and procedures were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
