A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/10/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 28 children present during this inspection and 4 caregivers. Children were observed tracing with an overhead projector, playing board games, reading, making artisan pop-up cards, and playing basketball and tag in the gym. Reviewed 3 staff files, 2 children's files, medications and authorizations, emergency evacuation drill log, first aid kit, attendance, and physical plant. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
