A scheduled modification study was conducted on May 16, 2019 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am. The program has requested to change the capacity from 104 children to 114 children. Some but not all standards were reviewed during today's inspection. Measurements of the entire facility were taken and calculated to determine a capacity for 114 children. Documentation of the fire inspection, health inspection and certificate of occupancy were reviewed. A recommendation will be made to modify the license to reflect the request to change the capacity of the licensed program.
