An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 10:30-11:55. Thirty six children were present in multiple classrooms with direct care staff i ratio. Observed infant care, diapering supplies, puzzles, toys and free play, reading and active play in the classrooms. Lunch served today is breaded chicken sandwich with cheese, peaches and potato puffs. Emergency medication is on-site. Reviewed 3 newly hired staff and a new child's record, emergency preparation for drills and trainings (CPR/First Aid/MAT certifications. All playgrounds were walked and are in good condition. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
