An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with assistant center director and center staff on May 16, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 67 children present, ranging in age from 4 months to 5 years, with 13 staff actively supervising. The children were having afternoon snack, making art projects, and playing outdoors. Snack served today: cheese and crackers. Thirty school age children arrived from school on the public bus and center bus. Six medications for four children were reviewed and are in compliance. Nine children's files and three new staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place was conducted 2/19/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 2/7/2019. The last health inspection was conducted 2/1/2019.
