An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 20, 2019 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were five children present, ranging in age from 3 years to 4 years, with two staff actively supervising. The children were dancing, singing songs, and taking a walk outdoors. Three school age children arrived on the center van from school. Three children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. All staff files were previously reviewed. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/21/2018. The last health inspection was conducted 11/15/2018. The last shelter in place drill was conducted 3/19/2019.
