There were 49 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 9 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, napping, playing outside, and eating lunch. Today's lunch consisted of fish nuggets, white rice, corn, oranges and milk. Hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized.
