Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 21 2019 between 11:15am and 2:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 80 children in the direct care of 12 staff members. Children were observed napping, washing hands, eating lunch, and playing on the playground. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
