During the inspection, the licensing representative discussed with an administrator: - expired emergency medications to be returned to parents - 1 shelter in place drill to be practiced by the end of the school year - systems in place for obtaining annual children's records review - 1st aid/CPR needed for substitute lead [if nurse not on site] - staff training - modification of license [age range]

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:30pm-3:30pm. A total of 2 children were observed in the care of 2 staff. Children were observed engaged in play with various toys and manipulatives. A sample of 5 children's records, 2 staff records, emergency drills, medications and playground equipment were reviewed/inspected. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
