Discussed updated subsidy training for all staff to be completed by March 1, 2020.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 05/22/2019 from 1:05pm - 2:50pm. A monitoring inspection was additionally conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 15 preschool children in care with two staff and the program director. Children were observed napping. Afternoon snack was observed in the four-year old class. Records reviewed for three staff and eight children.
